They treat patients with respect and care, unlike several other local pharmacy chains. The Drugstore is the absolute BEST. They took the time to help me get a transfer from somewhere else immediately. After waiting 5 hours for the first place to contact me and then tell me they were out of a specific medicine, the Drugstore took over and got my medicine immediately, called me back and I had it in my hands in an hour. Now THAT is customer service and care!

I expected the pharmacy to be professional but instead I was promised to get my child’s prescription that day. I waited an hour before I was told that they didn’t have it and that they had to order it and would be there the next day. Ok so I came the next day and they said they had ordered something my child was allergic to. Great. So I was told to wait another day, ok. The third day I come in at the end of the day it still wasn’t ready. My child is still suffering with a terrible uti. They told me they wanted to see the insurance card, no problem. I bring that in and they say my insurance doesn’t cover the medication but they are working on it. I waited and waited. I told them I would come back and asked for my child’s insurance card back and they refused. I left super angry and frustrated not knowing what to do for my child. I called later and they said it would not be ready till the next day. I’m so irritated and still don’t have the prescription or my child’s insurance card
