I recently went to this store and was struck by how kind and helpful the two saleswomen were. I was having a hard time figuring out what to wear to a party the next night and I tried on a few different looks as suggested by the two women working there and both were honest with me, telling me what they liked and didn't like. I really valued their honest opinions and didn't feel like they were selling me a bunch of things I would never wear again. I definitely will be coming back to this lovely store!

Visited this store the day after Thanksgiving. The saleswoman was so upbeat and helpful. It’s not always fun to work the day after a holiday! I’ve shopped at a few different locations and find myself going back to Sportsman Lodge location. Always friendly and the store is always visually interesting. Aside from the clothing, I love the pottery pieces!

Discrimination! I will no longer patronize this store due to inconsistent customer treatment. During my last visit, there was a stark contrast in service. While the previous male customer received careful attention, I waited a long time for assistance and experienced a disrespectful attitude. I hesitate to attribute this to discrimination, but the contrasting treatment raises concerns. Furthermore, an error in order calculation once resulted in a $200 overcharge, and the staff's unapologetic response added to my discomfort. Despite the brand's claim of being established by women, I observed a lack of respect for both women and Asians. The inner beauty of the brand, reflected in its treatment of customers, is paramount. The definition of customer service. We can’t stress enough what an incredible group of folks work at The Great at The Sportsman’s Lodge and also the entire company. We have spoken to various staff members at a handful of locations, all of which have been nothing but professional, pleasant and exemplary. We can’t wait to go back!
