Amazing staff and experience! Came in at the last hour with a desperate need for notary services and was squeezed in with just enough time to ship it out as well. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Unlike a lot of other places, these guys will actually guarantee their services. I had a fairly complicated problem shipping something to China and they did not leave me in the lurch - they did their best to resolve the issues even though none of the problems that arouse were their fault. If you have a non standard shipment to take care of they are definitely worth it!

The team at Office Boss is best in class. Every staff member (especially Cinnamin, Freddie and Shannon!!) makes sure we are taken care of both business wise, and personally. Their organization and efficiency makes our package handling a breeze. We get hundreds of packages a month and they never miss a beat. We have a post mail box at Office Boss after being at the Post Office in Truckee for 5 years. The service and help from the employees at Office Boss have been excellent. They know my name and greet me every time I come in to pick up my mail. Always friendly and professional! Love them.

Just go to the UPS store. Bad customer service, numerous times now, just rude.

I sent a box through UPS at The Office Boss for the holidays and it arrived damaged. Sky filed a claim for me and was able to get a refund for my item that was covered through the included package insurance and patiently negotiated getting my shipping charges refunded as well. He touched base and kept me updated and had a positive attitude about it all. This made all the difference and a huge reason why I'll be supporting The Office Boss in the future. You don't find that customer service when you go through the carrier and I only had to speak with Sky, not spend my time on hold or emailing back and forth with the carrier. Thanks again!
