The best paint store!! We bought lots if paint when building our house and they were very helpful during the entire process.

This is the best paint store for miles and miles. The owners are a brother and sister duo who have worked in the business for years. They know about paint, but they also are a vibrant, integral part of our local community. They give back to our community and genuinely care about our region. The employees are all kind, knowledgeable and professional. When you go into the Paint Spot, you know you will receive an excellent product, stellar customer service and you’re putting money back into our local economy. I love the store, clean, great friendly helpful staff. They've all been so helpful from choosing paint, getting supplies, helping me choose colors and even educating me!! Thankyou all for your expertise, help, patience, kindness and friendliness.

We get all of our paint here. I was amazed when I went in and they had the info on the previous home owner of our house. It was a perfect match. I am always surprised when folks go to big box stores and get things like paint, keys, etc. and then complain that they don't work out for them. Go to the pros and save yourself time and aggravation. This is one of those stores where you WILL be happy with their service and products!

This store is only 15 minutes from my home. I went a few times and there was a young man who was very helpful. There was however a young blonde who seemed very rude, unhelpful, and overall had an unpleasant attitude.I am now driving all the way to Granite Bay Ace Hardware for my Benjamin Moore paint and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I like to support our local retailers but customer service is important to me. You have to show some respect to your customers and they will in turn support your business. Edit to this post. I did not realize there were two locations. The incident occurred at the Shingle Springs location.

Today this store just lost a customer, I gave them two stars because my wife has had good service in the past.The young blond lady/girl is completely rude and lacking of any customer service skills whatsoever. Ask a question, get a dirty look, and maybe an answers that are not helpfully.I managed a propane company in town for over 15 years, there are 12 other propane companies in town, if I or any of my up to 31 employees treated any customer or potential customers like that, we'd go out of business. It's a shame that this happened as it's close to my home, now I have to drive an extra 2 minutes to go to another paint store. For the record, I'm a retired father of 2 very successful adult daughters ,so gender is a non issue

Great family owned business, friendly staff, quality products, competitive prices and impeccably clean stores. As far as we are concerned it is the “ONLY SPOT” in town for your painting needs. I've been buying paint here for years and love the customer service and attention to detail that I receive. They've matched endless colors for me and have helped advise me on many projects I've had over the years. I'm a big fan!
