Great Support and advice for your Hot Tubs and pools!

We turn to Sam & Kelly at The Pool Place on Missouri Flat Road for all our hot tub supplies and their expertise in maintaining our water balanced. After trying Bull Frog app (fail) I can go to them to maintain our water balanced … or to correct it after I have seemed to fail on keeping it balanced correctly. Always a warm greeting & great advice. You’re “one stop shop” for your water balancing and chemical needs!

We bought a Doughboy from The Pool Place and from beginning to end they were fantastic. Highly knowledgeable, interested, not pushy, helpful ans informative. We had a little issue with our pool pump and they jumped on it right away, offering an upgrade and setting us up for success. There are many pool stores in my locality but I will be driving the extra milea to be a patron of this store. Very impressed.

We don't have a pool, but have two ponds. The Pool Place has always had the parts and equipment we've needed to keep our ponds functioning. The service and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. We also LOVE their Christmas shop (and dister shop) and visit every year.

It is with great gratitude that I recommend The Pool Place.

In the heat of the summer and the threat from California government to shut our power off I found my sand filter failing, big time. Unfortunately my pool guy knew this but did not tell me.

I took samples of the sand from my pool and water samples to The Pool Place and they confirmed the sand was from my filter and tested my water for me without charge.

So far on this episode I have not spent a dime there. I hired a new pool guy who wants to give me a proposal on a new type filter as well.

I have purchased various pool supplies from The Pool Place for 5 years. On the things that I need help with I will always shop with them and hope you will consider the same.?

The Pool Place has been INCREDIBLY helpful while we've been working to get our pool ready for the season. They have helped educate us and lead us in the right direction with the right products to get the pool crystal clear with the chlorine and PH levels all where it needs to be. Just went by and they tested our spa water for free! We are new spa owners and it hasn't been easy getting the water balanced. They were very helpful and we'll definitely be going back for our chemicals and future testing.
