Don't shop here I called ahead of time I was lied to they claimed they had a certain product I drove for 18 minutes just for them to tell me they don't have it then they tried to sell me an inferior product. Don't waste your time and go to day and night head shop. I thought I could beat their prices but in the end it was just a lie

These guys (and gals) are always really personable, attentive and are usually cheaper than any other smoke shop that I've been to with exception to cigarettes. You may have to wait a minute or two while they help the person who was there before you but if you want that attention to service and personalization and have your every question answered, it's worth your time. One other benefit is they are open till 10:00 p.m. whereas most places close at 9pm.

The guys/gal here are very polite and helpful. Had a lot of questions about a product they had, they answered all of them and helped me grab exactly what I needed. Was in and out in just a few minutes, but with how funny the guy was I didn't want to leave. Great store run by good, honest and real people. Come in for a product or to hang out with the person on duty, they have awesome staff who care about you when you're looking for an item. Give em a try!

This shop is family owned and the father and son who work here are always so pleasant and helpful. They really know their stuff and I always find myself staying there way longer than I should just chatting with them. They are super friendly and I always leave with a smile on my face. Their products are of great quality and are fairly priced.

I got to meet the owners and i was impressed with their willingness to chat about products for a new vaper like me. We even have discussions about life. I would recommend anyone to The Smoke House

I used to live around the corner and went here for years. I was in the area again and thought I would stop by and it will be my last time there for sure. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude, even after I literally had to look at EVERY SINGLE wall and counter in there before he even came out from the back. Then when they didn't have the wides I like he tried pushing a different kind on me telling me they are the same (they could be? but to me they are not). They usually had a good stock of everything and good prices, but for me the customer service the other day was SO BAD that I cannot bring myself to support this business anymore. Ended up probably paying a dollar more at the gas station but at least they were nice.

*After seeing owners response* I fully understand you can be out of stock on items, it happens. This wasn't this issue, the issue was with the man behind the counter who didn't even come out from the back until I had literally looked at EVERY SINGLE counter and all the products, then proceed to tell me to just buy this other pack because "they are the same" which to me they are not. Then the manner in which he treated me for not wanting that pack. Apparently having to put the pack back on the shelf after he pulled it out was just too much for him. I don't know the exact time but it was between 10:30-Noon for sure. As for the "sweet discount" I really don't plan on going back. Thanks though...
