Terrible experience. Showed them what I needed sold me the wrong one and I had to argue with teller to make it right and I got burned not once. Twice. Simple stuff. You sell the wrong coil for my vape smok you should make it right. See you. Never again take responsibility for your stupidity

Went there looking for a certain coil for my mod. As a novice, I didn't know much but the guy Lock/Locke knee enough to get me what I needed at an affordable and more than reasonable price. Very happy with my visit. I'm not in Truckee often but when I am, this will absolutely be the shop I regular. Thanks!

BEWARE!! PRODUCTS ARE TAMPERED WITH!!!!! I was there 3 days ago and purchased a Cuban gold vape salt. The Indian guy mumbled on about these flavor additiv they have now etc. I noticed my bottle actually was opened but somehow just let it go. When vapid the product it tasted like some kind of artificial strawberry or something. I actually returned yesterday and upon inspection the first 2 bottles i checked also had seals broken. Unbelievable! This is criminal behavior in my opinion. I will never shop there again.

I have probably visited Smoke Island a couple times a week for about two years now and it’s definitely my favorite shop in town. The employees are always helpful, kind and respectful. They have so many different products, I’ve always been able to find exactly what I want for a reasonable price. As a local, I highly recommend this shop and want to thank all the employees for always being so good to me.

Locke was awesome! He helped me find exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful. Cigs are super cheap, customer service was great, supplies were abundant! Come say hi at the very least! It's worth the stop.

This the ONLY place in Truckee that had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Locke was on his way out the door to lunch, but still took the time to help me get all the accessories I needed for my Smok without rushing me. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had from ANY business! Thanks a lot champ!
