The best around! I brought my new PC build in as it is my first build and I ran into an issue with the BIOS. They fixed it right there at the front desk! Absolutely great service and great place, I will be coming back for any computer needs I have.

Jeremy was amazing!! He was professional and courteous. He helped me right there on the spot and made me feel like my computer was in good hands. The price for a physical cleaning of my laptop seemed too much for the amount of time it actually took to do it but I like supporting local businesses and I don’t like the idea of me hurting my own laptop by cleaning it the wrong way…thanks again to Jeremy!

The Tech was great .It was a Mail box problem . He set my boxes up as best as it could be done due to Old operating system on my iMac.

I started the day with a dead computer and went to Best Buy just to find out that I needed an appointment. Not happy with that, my brain kicked in, there is a computer store close to me. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Jeremy. He took the dead computer and eased my mine. The next day he told me what was wrong and what it would take to repair the computer. The next day I stop by and talked to him. My computer was going to cost too much to fix a Win10 machine. He got on his computer and showed me what type of computer I could get for a few dollars more. At no point did he pressure me into buying anything from him. I have never been to a store that the salesperson was this concerned about me. I highly recommend anyone that has a computer problem to take it to Tec2you.
Adding to this post: I have gone back to see if Jeremy could help in coping a disk to my external SSD. He could not but did have a external disk drive that I could buy and copy information myself. He sold me on his excellent approach on computer issues.
I highly recommend Jeremy.
