Had my iPhone Battery changed there. Got pretty upset, because they didn't use an Appple-Original part, resulting in a permanently displayed warning on my phone, and they didn't know (or were not able to communicate to me), that this would go away after 2 weeks.. After all: good job, good battery...

I came here once before. They did a great job, were quick, offered fair pricing, and I had no complaints.

I came here recently to fix my iPhone screen. They fixed it, but there have been big changes on my phone. The first being the noticeable difference in the lighting of the screen. As mentioned before, I had no issues the first time so this was new to me. The second thing was my battery life was reduced. I could survive with charging my phone while driving; however, that has changed. I find myself having to constantly charge my phone. The screen also won't 'sleep' automatically. This issue has never happened to me before. I'm not sure if I made the right decision by coming to The Tech Shop.

I also have been notified by Apple about potential changes. Of these changes, battery drainage is described. If you're like me, you'll notice a change in the lighting. Just proceed with caution since it's not official Apple material. I just wish my battery was functioning properly and the screen material (LED) were what they were before.

I wouldn’t shop here. I came in and asked for a charging cable for my laptop and the store clerk told me a usb-c cable would charge my laptop I spent $40 dollars. I went home and the cable didn’t charge my laptop and I asked for my money back the next morning and they said no refunds. They offered me an exchange or a phone case but I didn’t need any of that I just wanted my money back and they wouldn’t give it back to me so I left the cable in the store and walked out. I wouldn’t be upset if I came in there asking for something but it was the clerks recommendation that he was wrong about and I have to eat the money. Just go some where else and spend your money advoid this place by all cost
