This is a wonderful store with excellent service! They stock a great variety of equipment to choose, and they really stand behind their sales. We purchased several items to go into two fireplaces in the home we recently bought. Tom, in particular, has gone the extra mile (and much more!) to help us with the automatic fireplace starter we purchased from them. Even after we've had it a couple of years, he helped us with the equipment! I give them our highest recommendation!

I ordered a locked mailbox and only had a few options since our HOA has authority over the types we could get. Tom was incredibly helpful. My neighbor and I ordered the box on a Thursday, and it was delivered and installed on Sat. I would highly recommend Tom & TO Fireside! He was great to work with!

I went there to buy a high pressure regulator for my Fire pit . I showed the owner , Shan , what exactly I wanted and he sold me a low pressure regulated at extra ordinary high price of $85 plus tax ....upon my return home I found out what he had sold me was NOT High pressure regulator but LOW pressure regulator and when I checked the price of similar product in Internet I found out price range was between $11 to $ 24 !
I went back to the Shop and asked for refund but Shan refused to do that for no reason .
I explained him that I wanted high pressure regulator but he had sold me LOW pressure so the product was not what I wanted but he still refused to accept to refund !!...After some yelling , he said OK but asked for receipt because he knew very well that he had not given me the receipt . I left the shop . I never had such a terrible experience before .. I am a businessman and in my business customer is always right .. Shan , the owner is very
arrogant and dishonest guy who ripped me off.. He sold me a wrong and used product at price more than 4 times than most expensive similar product in Internet .
