I was visiting the store and really liked one of the sunglasses. I asked if he could please give the model number so I can ask my partner to get me this for my Christmas gift. The owner got very angry and kicked me out of the store and start yelling that if I want to go buy online I can go do it and he is not going to give me any information and with his body he started pushing me out of his store. I was honest about why I needed the model but makes me wonder why someone would be so offended and feel insecure if they have original products with reasonable price. And how is it justify to treat anyone like that. He could just tell me no.

Sausalito is my husband's and mine go to weekend getaway and it's never without stopping into this store. We buy multiple pairs of sunglasses from this store a year. Literally every time we go to Sausalito we buy one or two pairs each! They have the most unique selection at THE BEST prices, always a good sale. Chopard, Tiffany and Co, Dior, Celine, Tom Ford, Gucci, Ray Bans. Just yesterday bought four pairs (yes we love sunglasses) The owner is always kind, and generous, always attentive. Thank you for being open on a holiday, and always having something amazing for us to buy!

Would give negative stars if possible. Bought Rayban Wayfarer for more price (than the original price on official store) though were told to be 20% off. Was kinda skeptical after wearing for some time, so came home and checked it online if they were real. Bought same ones from official store and compared, fake one spotted. Moral of the story: Do your research before buying anything from unauthorized store or read reviews. Dispute your transaction with your bank or credit card company and report the company for selling counterfeit products. This business should be closed! Beware!

I came in here with my girlfriend and the intentions of her getting a pair of Raybans that I had bought elsewhere for myself because she liked them. Instead of being asked if we needed any help after a few people had left the store, we were not only overlooked by the young girl at the counter but stared at mildlessly while she rested her arms on the glass case in the middle of the shop doing absolutely nothing. In most cases poor service doesn't usually warrant me to post a review, however just because two people walk in wearing running attire rather than LV or Prada doesn't necessarily mean there is no money ready to be spent.

Bought a pair of the new Polaroid sunglasses for nearly double the price. Also, my brother purchased Gucci sunglasses at the store and we are confident they are fake. Surprised this place is still in business. AVOID THIS STORE.
