This is based on the state of the baby section. The 2-tier rack for girls and clearance was a total mess, I've actually never seen this before. Sizing is all disorganized, tons of empty hangers, clothing sets with missing pieces, wrong sized clothing on the wrong hanger (like 0-3 months on a 3T hanger). Took me ages to look through. I did find a few items, but for one item when I got home I realized the tag says "2-piece set" and I only had one piece. It's still a steep discount from the original and I should have known to check the tags considering what I saw lol I'm guessing this is the result of theft problems. But honestly, Ross has shorter/faster lines, better prices, better selection, and is better organized. The rest of this store is probably okay, but I would skip the baby clothes section.

Lines are way too long. You shop 10 minutes and wait 20 minutes to check out. Hire more cashiers already, you've milked it enough

Miss Pam in Jewelry was very helpful today. Because of reviews, and my need to get a finger ring size… I stopped here. Mentioning that I wasn’t intending to purchase anything, this didn’t matter to her, she took time to help me even though I could tell she was very busy… she stopped what she was doing and helped me completely with my sizing request. Very polite and friendly. This is Customer Service Defined!

Lots of quality eclectic items too varied to list. It's another place I stop at if I'm in the area to look for items I need for the kitchen or bath or bedroom. They have a lot of everything all reduced from what it originally would have cost at retail. I like to see an item when I buy it. A place I really like to stop at even if it's just to look. There's usually a surprise I didn't expect.And at a very good price.
