The best TJmaxx Homegoods They are always stocking new items and always busy. You get just about everything here! There are like 20 cashiers and the lines are always moving even when super busy! Keep up the good work & products & styles!

I bought a pot online from TJMaxx, and I noticed it was chipped. On the same day I opened the packge, I headed to this store for what I thought would be a simple return. I had everything: the receipt, return label, and even the entire FedEx box it came in.

When I showed my package and receipt, the customer service associate immediately said, "You're good. You can return it." But, of course, she had to check with her manager. The manager came in, not only refused the return but did so in a condescending manner. At first, she was trying to say the pot is perfect with no chipping, there’s no reason to return it. After I pointed out where the chipping is, she became determined to find any possible sign that the pot had been used. I even showed the adhesive price tag on the bottom of the pot, clearly showing not a drop of water had touched it. But she just kept repeating, "We don’t accept it."

So, after wasting half an hour driving back and forth on a lovely Saturday, I had the pleasure of paying an extra $10 to ship it back—despite the website clearly stating that online purchases can be returned in-store.

Looking at other reviews, it seems this “no returns allowed” policy is a store favorite. Perhaps my experience is actually a compliment to their impressive consistency in denying returns. Bravo!

terrible I bought a bag. I wanted to return it with the tags on it and I had my receipt it was only 3 day of when I purchased it, the associate kept messing with it and picking at the stones I was watching her from a far finally the manger Steve approached me stating that he won’t be able to return it because it was not in the same condition. Well if your stupid associate would have handle it with care and would have not picked at it, like dumb monkey I wouldn’t had this issue. Now I am stuck with a bag that they damaged. Stop buying high end stuff from this place. They are scammers and rude people. I rather go to the mall at least they give you a box for such fragile items like this bag I purchased. I am so sad shame on you TJ max. I hope you go out of business. Shame shame.

Very unorganized, rude cashiers. They did not accept my store credit requests although I did have all the tags attached. They are very rude as well, especially the bob black hair lady with glasses who literally shouted to my face. She is such a bad attitude person.

One of the biggest TJ Maxx’s I’ve been to. Lots of stuff with decent variety and has home goods section inside. Checkout line is long but moves quick. Not too many sizes for certain clothing items of popular sizes

Very disappointed that I couldn’t purchase a broken mug; I didn’t need a discount but had asked anyway along with some broken hair clips and the cashier told me I could get the discount on the hair clips but not the mug and I couldn’t purchase it because “it could hurt me”. I kept insisting I wouldn’t complain that they sold me a broken mug and I said if I hadn’t pointed the damage out I would’ve been able to buy it without anyone noticing the damage. Also the broken hair clip was sharper compared to the damage on the mug and yet they allowed me to purchase that. It didn’t make any sense and was just very strange. I hope this store or the company changes this policy because it’s really stupid.

It’s a TJ Maxx home goods so you know what you’re getting. Eclectic selection of stuff so often times I’ll go in for a laundry hamper and end up with a roulette table. They don’t really have their line process under control so can take 30 minutes or more to get through it on busy days, but overall I like the products they carry.
