Some told me they would be out the same day ... and then some rude lady calls(owner) and tells me I never made an account or anything. She ended calling me a brat and denying me service because I was wondering why their techs were not working on a Tuesday. Calling me a brat is not professional. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experience.

My wife called in and had an on-site review scheduled. We were due a call back. No one ever showed up and No call back. I do know no one ever showed up as I am a hermit with a security system.

I awoke this morning to discover no internet. Called TNET who said I am behind in my monthly payments. Checked my automatic bank payments to TNET - I am up to date. Trouble is, this is not the first time TNET has done this to me. They can be incompetent!
