Top This Outfitters

Recently we have had two occasions That we needed repairs on Snug top Camper Shell that we purchased from Top this several years ago. On both occasions I was in a bind and needed the service appointment very quickly as we needed to use our truck for work trips out of town. Both times they were able to get us in quickly even last minute and were able to complete the repairs in about an hour. Very very impressed with how hard they work with customers to try to meet their scheduling needs. I was actually pleasantly surprised both times at how reasonable Their fees were as well. Kudos Top This!!

We buy all of our lumber racks, tool boxes, steps, and various truck accessories from Top This ONLY. Chuck and the team are excellent! The installs are always flawless, the products show up when we need them to, and we're usually in and out with an outfitted truck in no time at all.

Chuck and his team do top quality work. They did a beautiful job installing the hitch on my Cherokee. Can’t thank them enough.

Over the years I've bought a camper shell, power steps and off road gear for my truck. It's a great shop where you can sit and talk over options and ideas. They've always treated me right! Building a new 4x4 overland vehicle now, and "Top This" will be part of this build as well.

I've been using Top This for 19 years now. Chuck and his crew have always gone overboard to help me out, sometimes solving last minute problems without any notice. A great place for advice or ideas to get a part, repair, or problem solved.

These guys were great!!! On a busy holiday weekend we were in a jam and they came through for us. We needed to put new roof racks on our car, had already purchased some from another store, but couldn't get them on right. We thought we had to buy different ones, but instead of talking us in to buying theirs, they researched and helped us figure out how to put on the ones we already had. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again you guys!!!

The employees at Top This are nice. They helped us with our cargo box and Ruff Tuff seat covers. However, with each purchase there is a surprise charge of some kind. Whether it is a labor charge or a shipping charge, they are not mentioned until the end of the purchase. Communication regarding these charges at the start would be preferable. You can get quality products here, just be careful of the surprise charges.

I’ve just had a lot of done on my RAM 1500 at top this and they were prompt, thorough, and did a very clean installation job. This included a running board, a tonneau cover, and a complicated installation of a B&W reversible gooseneck hitch in the bed. When it took longer for them to get done than they expected, the mechanics worked hard to get everything perfect. I’m quite satisfied with their service and recommend them.
