Rhiannon the owners daughter took my call late sunday night. i called expecting to leave a voicemail but she picked up helped me out with my order and i was able to come in the next day. the entire teams customer service was amazing it is family owned and operated. the owner Herb has owned this place since it opened. they take care of their customers and really go out of their way to ensure the client is happy.

These guys rock! They use to be called Linex of torrance but recently changed their name. ran by the same owner for over 20 years ive been bringing all my trucks here for years. The owners daughter works the front and really knows her stuff. They offer lifetime warranties on their bed liners but do so much more. just recently upgraded my suspension and get a 6 inch lift on my truck. highly recommend coming here

Suuuuper happy with Line-X of Torrance for a couple of reasons....
Customer Service - Before I even decided on who would do the work on my truck, I would call to ask questions and get clarification on certain things. Rhiannon was the person who helped me out here. She literally spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering questions on spray-on liners, tonneau covers, and floor mats.
She did so without making me feel rushed or that I was being an annoyance (which I would've thought being the other way around). Someone who makes a customer feels that good over the phone should speak volumes about how they run their operations.
Quality of Work - Solid. My truck was in one morning and out that afternoon. They sprayed it, let it dry, and added the tonneau cover. I'll upload some pics later, but I wanted to get this review out. Everything came out cleeeeeean AF and truly looked like OEM quality.
Thank you, Rhiannon and team, for your help and hard work. You guys blew me away, and I couldn't be happier 🙂

What I really like about his business ethics is that he treats your vehicle as if it was his own. For that, I'll always go back there.
