Management is rude and unprofessional. They fail to monitor their stock placement, leading to items being repeatedly shelved incorrectly. When incidents arise, they handle them poorly—blaming customers instead of addressing the issue with class and professionalism. Even if they choose not to honor a price, the lack of effective communication and respect makes them unworthy of their positions. The store is disorganized, unappreciative of its customers, and management desperately needs training on how to handle concerns and correct misleading practices.

Great selection of beverages. But they could really work on expanding their selection of cider...it doesn't all have to come in cans. There are legit producers of fine cider out there that bottle it just like wine! 🍎

I used the app/chat to specify a couple of red & whites. Took the spot-on info, called my local T.O., CA store, and spoke to Seth who helped me calibrate my choices, then i placed an order on the app for next day delivery. It's that easy, like the other day... flawless!

We drove 45 minutes to purchase spirits that were listed as available only to find they were not available. Then when I asked for a comparable additive free substitution I was misled. Now having to drive back to return the spirit is beyond frustrating.

Really nice setup
Tons of options
In my opinion way better than Bevmo
We order online & it's really nice to use, especially when we are looking for very specific wines that we want to purchase. Of course when we come into pick up our order we always find something else to pick up & take home to try. In here I feel like a kid in a candy store..... I would like one of everything please.
I can't tell how much I appreciate a public bathroom, it allows me to shop longer & not have to stress on where I have to find one.
