We travel to the truckee area several times a year to snowboard, these guys have become our go to spot for all our needs. They constantly provide world class service and go above and beyond. This past weekend Taylor went out of his way to help me with a problem I am having with my Union Atlas Pro bindings, big shout out. Problem solved.

These folks are excellent. They helped me learned about different powder boards. and then I bought a powder board and bindings here last season. Lots of expert advice. Definitely I’m going to keep coming back to these folks and not bother with any other shop in Northlake Tahoe for snowboards.

Best First time experience for the family. We are young people who snow board and older people who ski. Best place for beginners to pros, from A-Z.

We stopped in based on a young 20 something year old's recommendation. He shared that this is the 'snow ski and snow board A-Z' to complete our snow board purchase. He shared that everyone on slopes knows this gem of a business.

We stopped in and were immediatley greeted by 2 young guy. Logan was welcoming and allowed his colleague to give is the dime tour and lead us to snowboard bindings.

He asked our son many questions to understand his needs. We absobed the incredible information and recommendation and decided on Burton Bindings.

Next, Dana the owner asked good questions about being goofy foot, right, left...to help us decide to place bindings on optimal. Dana placed bindings on and recommended 18 degree placement. Our son was happy and we had an extraordinary customer service experience.

The premium experience is tied to premium products and good pricing.

Highly recommend Totally Board to every summer and winter fun enthusiast.

Cannot beat the service, smiles, friendliness, and quality products.

After checking out several stores in the Bay Area and having trouble between the selection and lack of knowledgeable help, this place ended up being exactly what I needed.

Not only did this store have an amazing selection of boards, boots, and bindings, but Harrison was incredibly resourceful in helping me navigate their broad catalog. I could not be happier with what I ended up purchasing, and would definitely visit this shop again if I'm in need of more gear.

I first went into Totally Board shop 3 years ago. It is such a good vibe! They are my go to shop - get in there! The knowledgable, patience & the genuine want to help you get in/on the right gear is apparent the minute you walk in the store. The shop has a great selection of both winter & summer gear. Taylor the manger & all the staff are such a pleasure to work with.
Thanks guys for guiding me towards the best equipment for my style of riding ; as well as looking after my overseas visitors that had A LOT of questions. I have purchased my board, boots, bindings & recently a new helmet. All at different times…did I say they were patient & kind! The days of good customer service are not lost in this shop.

This place is local and welcoming. They let me come in and use their 32 boots heating system and I didn't buy my boots here. If I ever need anything I'll be coming back here to give them my money.

Taylor was so awesome, hooked me up with some great snowboarding boots. I had been to 4 other boot fitters already because of issues I was having with my other boots, and Taylor was the magic man that found my Cinderella boot! He also gave me lots of great info about other boards and bindings I was looking at. So friendly and made me feel right at home. Sometimes as a girl, going into a board shop can feel intimidating. But not here, I recommend anyone to come here when looking for some new gear! Their products are also very well curated. They carry good quality stuff at fair prices.
