We have been using Tower Pharmacy for many years. We appreciate their responsiveness, their excellent service, their friendly staff, their convenient drive-through window, and their delivery service, which we recently started using. I highly recommend Tower Pharmacy. Oh, yeah, my dog loves their free doggy treats whenever we go through the drive-through window.

P.S. I recently started using the delivery service and it's been a huge blessing!

It was okay. I called on the phone to see if they had what I needed they said yes and I asked for an estimate they said they couldn't give me one because they didn't know how much I needed and I didn't know how to read the prescription which I understand why they couldn't. When I got there they made me wait maybe 5 min to see if they had it again even though I called. The only negative was that they wanted to charge me $30 more than anywhere else. I understand that it is hard to find but to charge $30 more is ridiculous. I ended up paying $15.91 for the medicine somewhere else. Anywhere I asked about this they said they didn't have it but it should cost more or less $20 in comparison to here they wanted to charge me $45 plus tax for it.

I had a prescription that needed to be filled monthly and because of the type of med it was,I had lots of problems finding a pharmacy to fill it.
I went to tower pharmacy and had an agreement with the pharmacist that if all my meds were brought here to fill he would make sure he filled the main one.
I started having problems with him filling it and when he was reminded about the agreement he told me we had no such agreement.
Long story short he doesn't honor is word and I felt he lied to me so I will never go back there and would not reccomend this pharmacy.
Furthermore,your supply problems aren't my concern,my complaint is that you told me that you would fill the one if I brought all my familys prescriptions to your pharmacy you would fill the one.I brought all prescriptions wr take to be filled there as I promised and held up my end of the agreement.
The way I was raised if you make an agreement you stick to and excuses don't mean anything.

It was okay for my son to get the kids vaccine. Clean environment.

Made an appointment and they were ready in minutes after checking in.

Only thing was they didn't have my son sit down on a chair or take into a private room, and instead gave the shot near the front counter. I had to configure my son and tell him to relax while the pharmacist didn't say any "normal/standard shot preparation " like other places for these injections.

But, it worked out and it was done and son was fine . Scheduling 2nd dose somewhere else, where this is more of a privacy there.

(responding to Tower Pharmacy: Would be nice to have it brought to my attention before hand or asked in the "questionnaire" I filled out to "have that option."
Rather then not knowing that, until now. Well I hope this will help others)
