This local market place serves the neighborhoods as a convenient place to shop. The Smart n Final is great. The CVS has wonderful service. Being close to Dove Canyon the prices are slightly elevated. By the Pool Supplies store is a nice fountain (photo) with a hidden bench for two. A great place to hide from the summer heat.

La Te Da is thee BEST restaurant inside any of the local shopping centers.

Great customer service, the food is BIGGER portioned what you except and it's all reasonably priced.

Great for breakfast and mid afternoon meal with the ones you love.

This is a great plaza for a lot of things. You can get accessories for your pool, get balloons for birthdays at the 99 cent store or pick up a FANTASTIC 3lb cooked chicken at Smart and Finial (highly recommended). They also have a Jack in the Box for quick pit stops and a variety of restaurants to sit down and have lunch.

The parking lot NEEDS new asphalt, the rain has destroyed it. Otherwise there's a good variety of stores.

Update December 2023: asphalt has been replaced. Smooth sailing now 🤘

Looking great as always even with a few of the restaurants or buildings changing businesses over the years. Always exciting to see new things and always nice to see how certain ones have managed to stand the test of time such as the CVS for example. That and Smart & Final Extra! Is here which is one of my favorite store chains

Although I found smart and final they’re a great place for Greek or Mediterranean food Jack-in-the-Box shell station breakfast joint place to get your oil changed the place needs some lipstick for sure. You’d think with the wealthy communities in the area that they would upgrade and really bring in some flare but it’s just kind of a humdrum old strip mall.
