I bought a beautiful showroom car. The customer service was excellent until I discovered a 2-inch cut on the carpet in the left side of the passenger seat.

I spoke with the Sales Manager and he had the audacity to suggest that I made that cut!

It never fails. Excellent customer service only applies during the transaction. After the vehicle leaves the facility, you’re on your own.

Tina, Deepak, and Johnny all helped make it easy buying my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. I was really pleased with the extent of customer care they provided and their consideration of my time. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Thank you Tracy Toyota Team!

Andrew and all the staff at Tracy Toyota are really nice and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and inquires. I just purchased a Highlander Hybrid, which is a car that is very difficult to find. I had been searching for a couple of months on my own before contacting Tracy Toyota. Tim searched inventories regularly and succeeded in finding the car I wanted and within my budget in a relatively short period of time. The communication during this process exceeded my expectations. During my wait for the "paperwork" to be completed, the sales staff and administrative staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Tracy Toyota.

Tracy Toyota is a great place! During a challenging time when my car broke down, the staff there was incredibly helpful and supportive.

First, at the service center, Jen Miranda went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my last-minute request, she was able to get my car serviced promptly after it was towed in. Her friendly demeanor provided me with much-needed comfort, and she treated me as a person, not just a customer. Jen communicated effectively and kept me updated throughout the process, making sure I felt well taken care of. I would gladly return to the service center just to work with Jen, knowing she genuinely has her customers’ best interests at heart.

Secondly, Gabe in the sales department was fantastic as I explored options for a new car. He was attentive, patient, and thorough, answering all my questions and addressing every concern. Gabe guided me through the trade-in process for my old car and offered valuable insights on new options. If you prefer a no-rush, personalized experience when car shopping, I highly recommend Gabe.

Additionally, I appreciated the comfortable waiting lounge at Tracy Toyota. It provided a convenient space to have coffee, use the internet to work, and relax while waiting, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Ultimately, Jen and Gabe were stellar employees who made a challenging time feel manageable. I’m incredibly thankful to have interacted with them both, and I would recommend Tracy Toyota to anyone in need of quality service and genuine support.

We had our reservations about going to Tracy Toyota, because we had heard not so flattering things about the dealership. But after visiting several other local area dealers that had no vehicles in stock, we decided to give it a try. And we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only did they have some vehicles that we had been looking at, Andrew, the salesperson that we made contact with first, was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and never once pressured us into any vehicles other than the ones that we were interested in. Working with Bruce, the asst managers of the store, was also a distinct pleasure. He was very helpful in explaining how the process would work, and then once all the paperwork was ready to go, he turned us over to John, the finance manager who finished up the process. We got the car that we wanted, at the price that was right, and drove out of the dealership with our brand new RAV4 hybrid in under 3 hours.

Amazing customer service!! I inherited a Toyota Corolla and needed it checked out. Jasmine welcomed me to The Tracy Toyota family!! She made some recommendations, explained the process, scheduled my appointment and even found some discounts to cut down on the costs. The transparency of the mechanic’s video was impressive. All of the dealership staff was friendly. The waiting area was clean and spacious, with a much appreciated touchscreen variety coffee machine. Also, a great location to walk to several restaurants and businesses. Keep up the excellent work!! 😃
