I bought a RawMaxx enclosed trailer October 2023 from Travelin Toyz. I had the privilege to have Ignacio as my sales guy. He has a lot of knowledge about the trailers they are selling. He kindly showed us his inventory and got us moved into the perfect trailer for a great price. Shenowa assisted us in parts department with buying all the locks necessary to secure the trailer. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a good deal at checkout time. They had exactly what I needed. I had a minor lighting problem between the truck and trailer that caused me to have to revisit the store. I spoke with Josh in the service department and without hesitation, he began diagnosing the problem. John, also in the service department also helped out and the problem turned out to be the truck. Both were very diligent in helping and the getting the problem worked out. John found that there was water in the truck’s 7 way plug. He got it apart, cleaned it out and thoroughly went through it with dialect grease. He also greased the ball and gave me a pin to keep the tongue locked down. Great help from a great group of people.
