When this place first opened, I had a really bad experience with the previous owner, so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to come back. But after a recent accident left my bike in need of repairs, I decided to give it another shot—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it was a completely different vibe. Have you ever had someone make you feel so genuinely welcomed and appreciated that you’re glad you stopped by? That’s exactly what happened here.

The new owner is incredibly friendly, warm, and truly seems to care about the customers. The bike mechanic was just as great—knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic about getting my bike back in shape. They went above and beyond to make the experience positive. It’s clear this team is passionate about what they do and dedicated to providing excellent service.

Update: Thank You to all you guys today(01/15/22) who helped me with the new purchase. Your amazing teamwork with Trek Westlake in Thousand Oaks was flawless. It's always a pleasure visiting and geeking out over all the new stuff and swapping stories. Your friendliness and professionalism is the benchmark for retail. We are on a world cycle tour and recently had a problem with punctures that the cause was unclear. We called here near closing time on Sunday, they immediately agreed to look over the wheel, popped on fresh rim tape and a tube. Discussed with me why we had the problem and agreed it looked like a batch of tubes splitting at a join. We were hot and tired, they kindly gave us water and even a free T shirt. The whole team went the extra mile to help us out, and even better no more punctures!

Well, while I've shopped 3 other "Bicycle Shops " on the central / east ends of Fresno / Clovis, this Bicycle Shop actually had a simple Tube for my bike! Nothing special! My tire asked for a 700 × 45c. A normal, typical inner tube! There's NOYES ONE to be found in all of Central to East Fresno / Clovis CA!... UNLESS! you head on ovr toTREK Bicycle Shop / Sunnyside Bicycles! Tha work? CLEAN, Spot On, and really quick! The service? Very courteous , humble, polite and comfortable! The price for a rear tube change w/ presta removable core(wheel off the bike) and checking damage cause on my flat tube was $22.an change TOTAL OTD
That Shop / Store is nothin less than impressive, well stocked, quality items with ANY and EVERYTHING covering everyone from beginner to Professional and from children to elderly!! I've got 55 years with bicycles in my life! Built em, bought em, fixed em an customized em... I kno my stuff. Prices are relevant, but time is too! I waisted at least 30 hours and $45.00 on tubes that others all said: "Yeah, that should work". I'd buy em, hoping they'd some how be right yet knowing better. But as you've likely guessed, none of em worked long.
Now I'm good. Finally found a fully stocked bike shop! Thank You Guys at TREK

After all going to Velo and Steven's with both charging me 45.00 at Velo and 40.00 at Steven's, NEITHER could adjust my rear derailleur on my 2020 GIANT Roam E+ to save their reputation!
They both lied. Tol me it was fixed an sent me riding the same bike with the same issue they said they fixed!
DON'T TRUST CHRIS AT VELO OR THE GUYS AT STEVEN'S IN CLOVIS! They lied! Stole from a 63 year old Veteran and tried to get more money after quoting me a price!
Today I went to the PROS OF FRESNO! TREK hooked me up! Bike came outta there in 30 min with a new cassette, new chain, adjusted and rollinlike it was fresh off the bench! Worth the 80 BUX I SPENT WITH EM!

I went in there a month ago looking for a good quality bike rack, we found one I wanted to use it a lot before giving a review and it works great thank you for your time and leading me to the perfect bike rack for us. We have enjoyed it since and will enjoy it for many more trips.

I own a trek bike for about a year and would like to bring it into Trek store to do some check-up and maintenance on.
Upon entering with my bike, I was greeted immediately and received fast service.
Since in February they had a maintenance discount event, I let them know I would like to do a maintenance (tune up & clean) package priced at approx. $150 (with discount).
After they performed a quick inspection, I was told that my bike was in perfect condition and do not need any kind of tune-up. They said if I really want to I can opt for the clean-up option which is around $40. I agreed to it because I didn’t clean my bike at all for that past year, and they said it includes greasing the chains and checking the tension which is great. At this point I already felt how honest they are doing business, since they can easily proceed with my original plan of the $150 maintenance package.

When I go pick up (which the cleaning was done in a very reasonable time), I was told that they did the service free of charge. I couldn’t believe that I received my bike, looking brand new, without paying. I feel that they went extra miles to satisfy a customer and it’s a great way of doing business. Now I will always return to Trek Sunnyside no matter what kind of service I’ll need for my bike, and my family’s bikes.

I would like to say that the new store manager (I believe his name is John) has provided me with exceptional services. He just moved from southern California to Fresno to help manage Trek Sunnyside and I feel that he did a tremendous job! He is super helpful and honest, and answered all my questions, helped me set up account with Trek. Among all our conversation I feel that he’s very professional, helpful, welcoming and very genuine person.

I will definitely keep returning to Trek Sunnyside for their great services. I do wish that they carry more selections of bike clothing and shoes. They do have a decent selection of bike accessories though.
