We are on a world cycle tour and recently had a problem with punctures that the cause was unclear. We called here near closing time on Sunday, they immediately agreed to look over the wheel, popped on fresh rim tape and a tube. Discussed with me why we had the problem and agreed it looked like a batch of tubes splitting at a join. We were hot and tired, they kindly gave us water and even a free T shirt. The whole team went the extra mile to help us out, and even better no more punctures!

Well, while I've shopped 3 other "Bicycle Shops " on the central / east ends of Fresno / Clovis, this Bicycle Shop actually had a simple Tube for my bike! Nothing special! My tire asked for a 700 × 45c. A normal, typical inner tube! There's NOYES ONE to be found in all of Central to East Fresno / Clovis CA!... UNLESS! you head on ovr toTREK Bicycle Shop / Sunnyside Bicycles! Tha work? CLEAN, Spot On, and really quick! The service? Very courteous , humble, polite and comfortable! The price for a rear tube change w/ presta removable core(wheel off the bike) and checking damage cause on my flat tube was $22.an change TOTAL OTD That Shop / Store is nothin less than impressive, well stocked, quality items with ANY and EVERYTHING covering everyone from beginner to Professional and from children to elderly!! I've got 55 years with bicycles in my life! Built em, bought em, fixed em an customized em... I kno my stuff. Prices are relevant, but time is too! I waisted at least 30 hours and $45.00 on tubes that others all said: "Yeah, that should work". I'd buy em, hoping they'd some how be right yet knowing better. But as you've likely guessed, none of em worked long. Now I'm good. Finally found a fully stocked bike shop! Thank You Guys at TREK 1-16-2025 After all going to Velo and Steven's with both charging me 45.00 at Velo and 40.00 at Steven's, NEITHER could adjust my rear derailleur on my 2020 GIANT Roam E+ to save their reputation! They both lied. Tol me it was fixed an sent me riding the same bike with the same issue they said they fixed! DON'T TRUST CHRIS AT VELO OR THE GUYS AT STEVEN'S IN CLOVIS! They lied! Stole from a 63 year old Veteran and tried to get more money after quoting me a price! Today I went to the PROS OF FRESNO! TREK hooked me up! Bike came outta there in 30 min with a new cassette, new chain, adjusted and rollinlike it was fresh off the bench! Worth the 80 BUX I SPENT WITH EM!

I went in there a month ago looking for a good quality bike rack, we found one I wanted to use it a lot before giving a review and it works great thank you for your time and leading me to the perfect bike rack for us. We have enjoyed it since and will enjoy it for many more trips.
