The friendly team that works at Trek Bicycle in Tustin really knows bikes. These guys are cyclists themselves and are able to provide as much information as you need when it comes to selecting your next bike, maintaining that bike, and getting the most out of your purchase. I recently bought a new 2025 Trek Domane SL7 Gen 4 and met with two other Trek dealers before deciding to purchase from Trek in Tustin. I'm very glad that I was patient and took the time to find this dealer. Special shout out to Nathan who spent a good couple of hours just answering my questions and making sure that I was comfortable with the various intricacies associated with electronic shifting and with disc brakes - both of which were new aspects for me. Loving my new bike and am getting a lot of envious looks while out riding!

We received great service from Bryce. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and put us at ease in choosing the right bike for us. I also appreciate that all bikes are professionally assembled, so I don't have to worry if I did something wrong. I also found out that the first adjustment is free, as is the one-year service. We also ended up with a great deal for a very nice bike that should last many years.

I recently visited for the first time to get tubeless tires setup on my bike and had an outstanding experience. Bryce, Elijah and all other staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their store usually has good sales and the newest products. They usually have the best mark downs compared to any other bike shop in OC if you are looking for Trek bikes. I wish they were even closer to my home but it’s still worth the drive even to say hi to the guys.

The staff and service dept at Trek Tustin were incredibly friendly and helpful. Elijah Immediately resolved an issue and helped me claimed a warranty for the crank coming loose. Very communicative and update me of whats been going on with my bike. When i picked up my Rail7 It look shiny and new! They did a great job servicing and tuning my Rail. I Appreciate all the help and for getting me back to the trail asap.
