Kim and Chris were excellent to work with. Tri- City Truck Accessories delivered a professional finished product, on time. I decided to go with Tri-City simply because of their review rating. I didn't have time, but since I was nearby, I stopped and asked about a part. They told me what was wrong and said they could fix it, and the product had a lifetime warranty. However, since I was in a hurry, I said I would try to fix myself, and if I needed assistance, I would come back when I had more time. They were good and I was happy.
