The worst place in town. Absolutely do not rent a bear can here, use Jay Go on FB. I wouldn't send my enemies here. Send yourself resupply boxes, use Grumpy's, and the general store. The attitude you receive just coming in the door is terrible.

ATTENTION THRU HIKERS!! I attempted the PCT summer of 2024 and rented 2 bear cans from Jackie at TCO. Unfortunately, I broke my foot and my party had to return home. While Jackie was totally willing to let me push my arrival date (I emailed her before I knew my MRI results), once I asked for a refund I heard nothing back. I tried twice over two months. So I am out $80 that I paid for NOTHING in return. The word on the trail is that regardless of how you return your bear cans, TCO will claim they are damaged/dirty/broken and keep whatever "refundable" deposit you put down. Find OutsideJay (Jay Go) on Facebook, he has a bear can rental FOR FREE (per a post of his: I do not accept monetary donations from current hikers. I will accept donations of bear canisters, umbrellas, ice axes, and other items that will be lent or given out freely to next years hikers. -Feb 14).

Was able to find everything I needed at TCO when I went through KMS. She was great and knowledgeable when questions were asked. Would absolutely recommend getting supplies from TCO

Good selection for resupply but make sure to stay current on all the rules as they change often and you will get scolded for breaking any... not really my speed but its here or the general store for resupply. Jackie was helpful but the guy working there needs to work on his people skills.

Just because I didn't post my review immediately doesn't my my experience with TCO fake.

Wow, what a selection! Even in this crazy flip flop year, they have everything you would need. Free wifi, a solid food selection at VERY reasonable prices (even my favorite Food for the sole!), great company, Plus good burgers next door. Thanks Yogi and Worldwide!

The people running it are the absolute worst! I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Matt is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. And the woman who owns it is just as bad. I will never be back. Absolutely awful.

Great place to resupply for all hiking needs. Jackie is incredibly helpful and really goes out of her way to accommodate pct hikers. I can’t recommend this store enough. Thanks for all the help, Jackie!!

A small specialty enthusiast level hobby store carrying anything required to go on a through hike. Good upscale selection of less common brands. Prices were comparable to REI for gear and fancy freeze dried meals. Also good selection of individual snacks, first aid products and other consumables. Owner went out of the way to serve us and chatted with us on a slow day. I highly recommend visiting and discovering new toys, especially during off thru-hiking season (May/June, which are very busy).
