I ordered a RanchHand bumper through these guys. It was delivered to their shop in less than a day and they called me right when it arrived. They used a forklift to put it in my truck bed ?

Very friendly my wife and I got stranded with a flat tire and I did not have my tire wrench. My wife went across street to ask local shops if they could help and tod was very friendly and offered to do it for us. Even tho I offered to pay for the service he would not have it he called it a good deed. We need more business owners like him thanks again tod. I will send any truck business your way...

Picked up a roll-n-lock cover from these guys, and it was a very positive experience. Not only did they help me install after hours, I showed up only shortly before the store closed for the night. But they gave me lots of valuable knowledge on care and upkeep for my new cover. They even cut a speciality peice of foam to divert water from my truck bed (not included in the kit). Great conversations with the owner and shop hand- we chummed it up while the install was happening. After it’s all said and done, owner sent me a text to double check everything was working correctly and I was satisfied with the product + install. 5/5 would recommend. Come to these guys for any truck needs.

Exceptional service provided by the Brassfield brothers at Trucksmart in Auburn. Knowing that I was on a tight time constraint needing a Fifth Wheel hitch installed… Jeff Brassfield opened the shop on a Saturday to perform the install and ensure we were able to be on the road to our destination in time. Literally the Best Service I could have asked for… above and beyond… much thanks guys.

These guys are awesome! Had a transfer flow tank installed through them. Everything came out perfect. There was an issue with the switch getting stuck. They called transfer flow, got a replacement and re-installed it for me. I’ll be back for anything else I want done with my truck! Not only do they do professional work, the brothers that run the shop are awesome guys! Highly recommend coming here to get your work done!

Went into this place yesterday and after waiting 10 minutes while the counter person never acknowledged me nor told me he would be with me after he finished what he was doing, I left. Too bad, I was ready to buy a nice retractable bed cover but I refuse to patronize an establishment that cannot have minimal customer service. Fortunately, the nice people at Norcal Truck were able to address my needs and I gladly spent money with them.

Went in for a car accessory, was greeted nicely and helped with my odd request. They have the parts and can do all the labor as well. I'm used to labor being similar in price to the part but it was less than half price. Highly recommended
