Very disappointed with this business. Danny does not keep it word, doesn't check emails regularly and having him answer his phone is almost impossible. I had an order for shirts to be printed and beanies to be embroidered. He, along with his daughter, told me that they were slow and could have my order done in a week. Even after giving my deposit, he still assured me that they would be done in a week and he said and I quote, "I could probably knock it out even sooner." A week passed and didn't hear from him. He had the shirts done but didn't start on the beanies. When I came in to check the beanies, he hadn't started them and he told me he didn't check my emails. When he told me he wasn't able to get things done he said it was because he was very busy and I had several orders ahead of me which contradicted what he said the week before. Nevertheless, I gave him an extra week to get the beanies done and asked him to give me an update which he failed to do. When I emailed him with follow up a week later on the beanies, he said he didnt start them. Again he failed to read my emails which caused even a longer delay. What was supposed to be done in 10 days was taking 21+ days and I was getting frustrated with how long it was taking him to fulfill my order. I was even willing to give him an additional week to finish the beanies but he never got to them. He kept giving me excuses and he had the audacity to cancel the rest of my order because he said I couldn't wait and said he had no control of the time. I found that very hypocritical when he was the one who assured me more than once that my order would be done in a week. I understand he was dealing with a hand injury and Covid guidelines but he kept me waiting and he wasn't reaching out to me. I had customers waiting for me, deadlines to meet and a merch launch to do. I was relying on him and it had been three weeks and still no beanies. I had to cancel things and push back the launch date because he did not follow through. He is not professional and never does what he said he is going to do.
