I did a DIY leak repair on my MasterTemp 400 pool heater. The repair went smooth or at least I thought! Heater was working fine before but would not ignite after my repair, code EO2. I exhausted every resource in trying to figure out the issue.
Finally called Tustana, made an appt to have their tech (Andrew) come out to check it out. He was there right on time, popped off the cover and instantly reply's "This won't take long". Shows me where I had crossed two sets of wires when I reconnected them after my bonehead repair. OK my face was red. He made the switch, did a system check and doors back on. I ask, "can the office send me the bill?" Andrew - "No, no charge-I didn't do anything." I was shocked! I very much would have expected at least a service call which would have been without question acceptable. It wasn't like I was a frequent customer and they knew us.
Obviously Tustana is Just a fair and honest neighborhood business without question. Only pool consultant, repair I will ever uses!

quality advice outside repair team excellent work and familiarity with the necessary tasks. we had some valve work done requiring repiping feed and return lines. will definately recommend.

Really like this store for all my pool & spa needs. The store is clean and organized. Their employee - Diane - is VERY knowledgeable and friendly. They always have good advice and are willing to help. She has also stayed a few minutes late for me to get my chemicals.

The gentleman who services our pool weekly is the absolute best! He keeps our pool spectacular and he always brings great energy with him! My pup loves it when he comes by too. Great company & great staff! 🙌🏿

I called Tustana Pool service to repair a leak in my filter. The filter is a good working condition but is very old. The owner- Ken Tichy came out, looked at the filter, diagnosed the problem and began dismantling the filter. He did not try to up-sell me on a new filter, he just fixed the problem! Once the filter was dismantled, he repaired the broken flange, reassembled the unit and reconditioned it for general use. His work was excellent and his price was reasonable. This is very unusual for home repair companies these days.

I would recommend Ken and Tustana Pools to anyone who wants their repairs fixed right, the first time.

I enjoy going to Tustana. They are not the largest pool business nearby but they seem to know pools better than the other stores. Besides the store they offer pool maintenance and regular pool cleaning. So, why a 4? As a smaller company they don't have the buying power of the bigger stores and are therefore a little higher priced. But worth the premium. Since I found them about 3 years ago, I only go to Tustana.
