This has two businesses I have utilized.

Peet's Coffee, provided a quiet & comfortable place to meet with a Brother.

Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, is my weekly, one stop grocery shopping store, with deep discounts over the large, grocery chain stores, or the "priciness" of Trader Joe's (in many cases, higher quality foods).

I love Grocery Outlet!!! I use a walker to get around, and I enjoy the fact that the aisles are wide enough for me to shop comfortably! The prices are always good, and I always find something new that I didn't see on my last visit!

Generally good prices but you have to know competition prices. Assortment of items changes and some things are close to expectation code. Staff not as helpful or friendly as in the past. ( I've noticed a change in the past few weeks ) seems to be trending downward sad to say. Parking lot shared with other stores. I'll still shop there on occasion looking for a few of there good deals.

Customer service has greatly improved with the new employees. Prices has really jumped, but that going on in all the stores. They don't ask customers to mask up and there are allot shopping there without a mask or respect others distance, but this is the individuals lack of respect issue.

This little strip mall has a few little gems in it. Of course Peet's Coffee and Grocery Outlet are your main Jem's. However, the parking is a little tight, but worth it when you're going to the different restaurants in here or grocery shopping.
