Although they dont do any real custom applications they seem to have lots of cool stuff if you have newer truck . I wanted some retractable running boards but since i have an old Expedition they cant help me out this time.

THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES! let me just start off by saying this ended with me having to go there and call the police today and get a reference number that I can take down to the courthouse tomorrow and file a civil lawsuit! I bought a lift kit online which they charged me 1400$ to install, the day I picked up the truck I was in a rush to make it to class and didn’t check the bed to see if all the stock parts were put in there (I’ve had 3 similar trucks all with similar suspension work done at three different shops and everytime the stock parts that came off were in the bed waiting) I drove the truck home and it sat for two weeks waiting for my proper wheels to show up so I drove my commuter car everyday and didn’t touch it. well two weeks go by and I go to my truck and realize none of the stock suspension was given back to me, so I call the next morning and the guy tells me yeah we have it it’s in the back somewhere I’ll call you back, this is when I ask him do you guys always keep the stuff you take off peoples vehicles and he say “yes” that’s theft , not only do they keep it they don’t bother to ask if you want it back because they know people do because it’s worth money. well I called back later in the day because they never called me back like they said they would and I talked to who I assume the owner and he became disgruntled as soon as I told him what I was calling about, he said “metal bin, it got thrown away” he tried telling me they threw away over 1000$ worth of suspension comments to a metal bin that nets .09 cents a pound. I’m an electrician that’s like me getting 1000$ of copper wire from a job and just throwing it away, I wouldn’t because I know what it’s worth. I show up to the store and ask the guy again where my stuff is and he says they don’t have it, I was given two totally different stories over the phone on what happened to my parts with nothing but blank stares when confronting him about how his employees story about how they take everything off the vehicles and store it in the back didn’t match what he told me on the phone, so now I’m out over 1000$ in parts because mysteriously my parts dissapeared over the last two weeks? ”joe” the guy I spoke to with had nothing but the look of guilt on his face the entire time and was zero help and even said “go for it” when I said I was calling the police. makes you wonder how many hundreds of thousands of dollars they’ve stole from people and the people have no clue! these guys commit robbery on a daily basis so now I’ll see them in court!

Was baited into ordering a canopy for my truck by a promised 4-5 week delivery. It actually took over 12 weeks without updates from them unless I called to ask. If I didn't need it as much as I did, I would have canceled the order through my credit card company. It would have been nice to get the warning of the possibility of taking longer. Other places were more honest about expected delivery times, and now I feel bad for not giving them my business. I may have still ordered with the long wait, but I had plans I had to cancel due to the huge delay. I won't be giving them any more of my business.

Just bought a new Tacoma and needed a few modifications like a shell, roof rack, automatic tailgate lock, and towing components. Joe and Tanner have been great to work with and give wonderful advice on products. The prices are reasonable for the current market. When the local dealerships are taking their new inventory to this shop you know it has to be good.

You still have not called me

I ordered a replacement rear window for my truck cap. That was more than 4 months ago, the part was never delivered to them or installed. I called multiple times on my parts nothing was ever delivered. On one call I discovered they forgot to order the part $770.00 worth so then They lied to me that the part was ordered, then he ordered it I called again and again still no part.

Basically they are willing to lie to customers to get their money plain and simple. I can not recommend using this company for truck caps or parts. They owe me a huge apology and money for inconveniencing me and making me do their job.

I hope everyone reads this and passes it along because they could have been honest out if the starting gates.

I won’t take this down until I get the following:
1) an Apology for lying to me.
2) some kind of financial remediation for the delays, me having to remind your staff and basically tracking down the order details. I should not have to validate your put up with lies, poor work efforts,track it, make calls, etc.

It will cost more to have this posted than to fix it and make things right.
