Went in today returned a pair of shoes. Saw that it was on sale for 25$ and decided to repurchase. I even asked and manager confirmed that was the only style and color on sale for that price. Time to check out comes and the price comes up to sixty something. She goes to check and says they are not on sale and takes off the price of 25$ and that the best she can do is 30% off although she had previously acknowledged the sales price. I found this very upsetting and unprofessional of her.

Okay, so you wanna talk about service? Professionalism? Personality? Look no further than Shaunn. He was bet on whether he could find a pair of shoes that are ALWAYS out and I was impressed. The quality of service was unmatched. This is what I’m talking about, this is the type of service any customer wants!

Went in today to buy some gifts but now regret it. The store had a lot of visitors but only one cashier actively helping customers. Asked for help but was rudely laughed at by an employee on the floor. Same employee proceeded to radio other employees at the store to come out and share a laugh at my expense. Same rude employee kept having an attitude and laughing behind our back. When confronted about the comments, she just called the manager to try to explain but it was worse. Same manager was also in on whatever joke they we're sharing. He was unprofessional and childish. The employees we're even worse. I just asked for assistance but was laughed at for talking with my family in Spanish. Had to walk away because I didn't want to expose my family members to the whole experience. First of all I want to say the store looks amazing, and great product. Unfortunately they need to staff friendly people. Went in and the two girls did not greet or talk. My husband tells the girl at the register, what’s up no speaks here? She replied it’s too early, and that’s when the manager came out from back in which he was very friendly and talkative. You need to reevaluate your new hires.

Very rude employees. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Talking about customers on headset. Talking about their personal life and showing stuff on their cell phones instead of giving good customer service. Tulare store needs to train their employees on customer service.
