This review is long overdue 🥹 I walked in here with my gramma a few months ago and had a big ask of these amazing girls. I had a hunch that I was going to get engaged, and I needed to find a dress to wear. The minute I asked, every single one of the girls in there grabbed as many dresses as they could, and sent me into a dressing room to try them on. It really turned into a full fashion show — I had about four of them at one point waiting by my dressing room and telling me their opinion on how each dress looked which is EXACTLY what I wanted and needed in that moment. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. I had such an amazing experience here and I am beyond grateful for each and every one that helped me that day. Thank you for helping me look beautiful for my engagement ❤️

Taylor and Amy are amazing! So fun and helpful. THEY became our personal shoppers. Maddy and Micaela are as sweet as a bean. I always try to stop there when I’m in town, it is my favorite place to shop. Great apperal, great prices.

I don’t understand how the rating is this low!! Shopped here today and absolutely fell in love. I bought 4 dresses and some heels. The staff was the best retail staff I’ve ever met. The two girls helping me seemed genuinely excited to help me find outfits that looked good and hyped me up. I always have a hard time finding dresses but this store has the cutest stuff!!! Highly recommend! They also have modest options that are still young and flattering which is very hard to find. They also had a plus size section and cute jewelry.

My two daughters and I spent nearly $500 on clothes at “under the willow” and one of my daughters wore the pants that are pictured one time and the fabric completely fell apart. The store will not honor a return because they were “worn “so how else would they disintegrate except by wearing them? Horrible customer service.We will never go back.

Too bad the customer service is so bad. This is my favorite store until I bought this item brought it home and it has a huge stain. I was told 7 day return policy with tags on and receipt. I called them was completely honest and asked to return it. They said ONLY if I came that same day of purchase. I was heading out of town so it was impossible which I told them. Brought short I’m to discuss and same thing. They made me keep a $32 white shirt with a yellow stain on the front. It’s too bad because the clothes are adorable and I enjoy shopping there. Now I am shaking my head.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. A few of them helped me to find the perfect outfit and shoes for my occasion. They didn't give up when I was striking out. We found two great dresses for great prices and a great pair of heals to wear w them. Thanks to the manager for staffing your store with enough employees to really focus on your customers needs.

Cute shop with a large variety of clothing and accessories. I did notice the workers seemed to be following and staring at customers while they shopped around the store which was a bit awkward.
