I previously visited Undisputed to see if I could exchange a pair of Kobe's for my son. I spoke with a lady on the phone and she recommended I visit when the manager was there. I came in and I was allowed to exchange my shoes with a minor fee due to size difference. About a week later when I looked at the shoes I noticed some minor specs on the bottom of the shoe and some creases near the tongue of the shoe. I immediately called the store to get an explanation and spoke with the owner. He explained they do not sell used shoes and insisted I come in with the shoes. This made me upset because I was looking for a resolution over the phone and I did not live near their store. I may have had a rude tone and wanted to go in and prove I had been sold a used shoe and charged extra for this. When I got to the store about 30 minutes before they closed the owner evaluated the shoe and kindly explained why the shoe was not used and why the shoe had specs and creases in it. It actually made sense and once I left I verified what he said. The owner also gave me several options which involved getting my original shoes back along qith other reasonable options. I kept the shoe because I was wrong and they weren't worn and this is what my sone wanted. I had every intention of writing a horrible review if things went bad. But the two staff member I dealt with along with the owner were so kind and helpful along with doing a great job of difusing my frustration that I decided to take the time to give them a good review. I read other reviews that talked about high prices and bad customer service. Nobody is forced to buy and you can get a better price they encourage you to do so. As far as the customer service, I was the one wrong in my situation and the customer service was still A1 and the owner was very accommodating. I don't write a lot of reviews especially after making a long unnecessary drive. But this one was well worth it as you can see by the length of the review. I came across Undisputed Sole while wandering around the Westfield Valencia Town Center. My daughter has become a shoe head, so every time I see a cool shoe store, I have to check it out. My hubby and I went inside and were greeted right away! The staff was very friendly, and it looks like it’s a family-owned business which I love. They have a variety of dunks, Jordans, Yeezy‘s, you know, all the latest trend shoes right now on the streets. In addition, they also sell clothes, hats, PS5, and a whole bunch of other items that are all on the socials. I guess you can say it is a consignment store because it looks like you can buy, sell, and trade shoes or other items that are the thing right now. I was going to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter, but she wanted to be the one to pick them out and go in person and look around. So I ended up not buying anything because my daughter wasn’t with us that day. So I guess that means I will be returning with my daughter so she can have the whole experience. She wants to look around and pick out the shoes she wants because I guess moms don't know anything about shoes.

I will be returning with my daughter, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service we had, even though I didn't buy anything. I would love to give them my business. I'll be back soon!

Was greeted once I walked in! Great customer service! Just needed a Supreme bag, was communicating back and forth the previous night and they knew what I wanted. Resell prices but what can you do. I went in today (January 15, 2023) with my two little brothers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially the owner. I think the prices are reasonable compared to other stores. I’ve gone in a couple of times before and I have nothing but good experiences and positive feedback.

I 100% recommend this store. The owner is kind and professional. People need to understand that reselling is a business so you are going to pay a premium if you really want a shoe. At least you can go into a store instead of stock x or other sites.

I’ve never seen more ridiculous prices than this store ,go ahead and go on in if you wanna get scammed for two hundred over retail …. I got these exact same shoe at the Nike outlet for 37 dollars same size and everything … my guy you’re gonna go out of business with those prices … I don’t care that’s it’s premium and yeah you do have the shoe right there no shipping but at this point I rather get it from stock x …. That shoe I pictured is 90 dollars on stock x … how you gonna charge 175 and then I ask you are you firm on these prices and your response is “yeah we try and keep it near stock x” 😭😭😭 get out of here you’re the reason why the shoe game is messed up please close down
