2 stars only for having parking even if it is poorly maintained. I’ve been here plenty of times so know to expect it to be a madhouse. What isn’t acceptable is capstone damages product then throws it all over my trailer without the decency to leave it on a pallet. The product packaging was undamaged at arrival.

It’s like they don’t care. Literally nobody was clear to explain everything, so that I won’t be running back and forth bothering them. Now I know that it’s better to see for the google reviews because people having these problems like I did don’t want others to have the same.

1. Check in at guard - little shelter or at receiving.
2. They will ask you to park at another nearby place which is awful due to the road condition that can damage your truck.
3. They will call you and say the # of the bay that you need to backup
4. You will wait loooong time until they will start to unload and it takes long time too.
5. When they finish, you can wait at the same spot until they call you.
6. You got your paperwork (Finally my congratulations!🙃)

I am at stage 5 now where I am still waiting for them to finish paperwork which I think shouldn’t take so long (it’s been 1h30min)

Came 6pm to wait until my scheduled time 1am and it is 5:42am. I am not that angry because there’s no point, it won’t change. Save your energy and spare your nerves!

I'm here for around 2 days. My truck broke down and came late to my apartment. Appointment was at Tuesday 1:30 am and they are moving it to Thursday 1:30 am !!! Yes, I was late, but I arrived on Tuesday at 11:30 am. I have to wait so long. Very slow place and one of the worst parking areas. Be prepared for disaster.

Maybe I was lucky but Not bad at all. Check in starts @ 10:30pm when the security arrives, not a second before. You got to drive to the guard shack. They’ll take your paperwork and make you turn around to go park at their lot. After that you’ll get a call with a door, once in a door you wait for a text to pay for lumper, after that you’ll get a 2nd call to go get you paperwork. I didn’t have but maybe 6 pallets and took them less than two hours. Good luck ya’ll ✌️

One of the worst place ever. Checked in @ 10:45 pm for a 1:30 am appointment. Send me to they holding lot fill with nothing but big pothole. Got a call at 12:41 am to go to a door. Around 6:45 am got the green light. Now it’s 8:15 and count I am still waiting for my paperwork. My trucker if you are coming to this place don’t book an early pick up load, you will have to cancel it. Good luck.

Maybe I got lucky, I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a 2 am appointment. I would've given 5 stars but their staging area is a hazard to your equipment with the potholes that some are so deep they catch your landing gear, if one is forced to park there for a door it should be maintained. Also, no trucker facilities.

I'm not sure how this place got a 2 star rating. This is the worst DC I've been in to date. The whole process of checking in, dealing with security, the "parking lot" next to the facility. It's a disaster.
The staff is somewhat coherent in their duties. Security was less than enthusiastic to deal with in their little box. And the whole doing a U turn in the driveway is a complete joke.
The parking lot next door looks like the western front in WWI. This place needs a serious overhaul, in policies and procedures.
