One of the Uniqlo store in LA. This location inside of the Del amo shopping mall. And famous Japanese store has many kind of comfortable jackets and outfits for man , woman and kids.

My wife bought a few cloths here the day before Mother’s Day. She is handicapped after recent surgery and could not try it on in store. After return home she found out 2 out of 4 items not her style when she actually put on. We had the worst return experience and customer service today in the exact store we made the purchase. The UniQlo staff didn’t show a bit that they care about their customers and they don’t seem to live in the same digital world. All we were told is they can’t do anything unless we can show them the physical receipt. I offered that we don’t need cash or even credit back to our credit card for the return but only some voucher we can use in the store and we will buy more than the refund right there. All we got is repeated No. Will stay away from this brand. Be careful if you do shop there.

Uniqlo’s linen wear collection is affordable. Prices can be as low as $14.99 per piece. I love the casual fit and colors. Actually, I buy 3-4 of the sleeveless linen blouses every year. They last about 1-2 years. Uniqlo also introduces a new color palette for its linen collection annually.
My child loves to come here and shake hands with the mannequins. She adores the colors and smooth materials

I saw a pair of socks on their online store and asked if I could get a price match and they declined my request. They said their online prices and store prices are different. I purchased a shirt and went back the following day to return it and I was told I couldn’t return or exchange unless I had a paper receipt. The app, which shows my pichase history does not serve them as proof of purchase.

Tried to exchange the items today, but i could not do it. Because their regulations were too strict to exchange.

I couldn't proceed because it was difficult to know the rules for exchange or refund when I made a purchase.

It is a difficult rule to understand that underwear cannot be exchanged the moment it is opened.

It is hard for a guest to accept having to throw away $100 after that.

I will be hesitant to purchase Uniqlo clothes in the future due to inconsiderate regulations.
