Frank, the owner, personally attended to my concerns. He demonstrated an outstanding level of expertise and passion for his work. Not only did Frank provide a clear explanation of the problem, but he also walked me through the repair process, ensuring I understood everything.

I had an excellent experience working with Frank, he was able to diagnose and repair my Verizon (locked) phone when the screen partially failed and I was unable to unlock the device. His labor rate was very fair compared to the other repair stores in town (I shopped around). He did not charge me for a complication that required additional communications when he had every right to do so. Small city, small business, get it while you can.

This store is overall cheap. I wanted something fixed right the first time it did not happen here. The quality was done by a person that might not know what they were doing, the parts were of poor quality. If I could rate this store negative stars I would.
