Let me just start of by saying that when I found this store that offered page plus cellular and the young lady was able to order my phone that, I had a ton of problems finding because in order for me to use PP I had to have a Verizon phone I was elated. The young lady in the store was very nice but there was a sign on the door with special hour's and for 2 days no one was in the store there was several customers that were wondering what was going on. The 3 day as well sign on door but not one inside, finally I called and she said she would be returning to the store shortly and she did, she did get me situated with the phone she had ordered me which she saved me about 100 bucks but just be aware call first before you make a blank trip

I felt very welcome in the establishment. The sales person Tara was very helpful in my choosing of a product and was able to answer all questions asked. I will most definitely continue my purchases for cellular accessories. Thank You for a great shopping experience.

Worst cellphone place ever. Came in to get my daughters brand new iPhone 7 screen fixed. Got charged $80. All to find out that was just like a fee to look at it because it was gonna total out a $150 for “sending it off”. It’s $175 retail. So I say okay whatever just fix it. Weeks go by I hear nothing. They don’t answer the phone or respond how they are supposed to Facebook messages. I come up to the store disgruntled because whats going on. The store person OMAR offers no answers and acts as if he’s clueless like he doesn’t work there or something. I asked for my phone back , I asked to speak to who’s in charge and he laughs like it’s funny I’m mad about the service I’m receiving. This has been the absolute worst experience ever. So unprofessional. I’m out $80 and still don’t have my phone.

This place is horrible!!!!! I went to unlimited cellular to have my phone factory unlocked CJ estimated timeframe was it'll be unlocked in a few days a few days turned into a month and 2 weeks and my phone still wasn't unlocked he was constantly getting me mixed up with other customers when is ask about my order. So a month a 2 weeks later he tells me my phone is unlocked went to 2 phone companies to buy SIM cards both didn't work so I went to unlimited cellular and told Stephanie that it didn't work she tried their sim and it still didn't work... So I asked for a refund she went to the back to ask CJ she came back and said it would be 48 hours before I could get a refund to make sure the unlock didn't go through of course it didn't it was a month and 2 weeks later. So I finally got my refund and went to a cellular place on peach orchard they charged me way less than he did he charged me $75 they charged me 19.99 came out to $21.20 after taxes and my phone was unlocked the next day!!!! I would not recommend unlimited cellular to anyone!!!! Very unprofessional business!!!! The only reason I gave one star was because I had to!

If you ever get cell service here, be prepared because they don’t answer phone calls. If you leave a message they never call back. And if you go to the store locations most of the time there is no one there…..they Closed. You will be lucky if you can make contact with this company.

Sold me a used life proof case for iPhone 6 through eBay. When the case arrived it was defective. Buttons were broken they sent the wrong auxilary cord with it and it had terrible scratches all over it. Just because I bought it used I should've still been able to get some type of use out of it but with broken buttons on the case it was no longer water proof and with no auxilary cord to fit, it made the case completely useless. I will never do business with those ripoff artist again.
