I've been coming here for a couple years, and it's always been a positive experience. I am not much for clothes shopping but I find it easy here because it's the perfect combination of a small store (not too overwhelming!) but with many different styles and options of good quality. The staff is friendly but not overbearing or constantly checking up on you. I know some people like that but I really enjoy the chill environment. I can go in, try on what I want, and I usually walk out with some great pieces.

My absolute favorite store in SoCal! The selection is incredible and they’re very size inclusive. A little bit of everything for everyone! I’ve never walked out empty handed and the prices are always amazing.

The owners Brooke and Sally (as well as the rest of the staff) are so kind and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

Really loved this store! Lots of really really great clothes from high end luxury designer stuff, to fun vintage. Really well laid out, easier l easy to find, friendly staff, I can't recommend this 2nd hand store enough!

I brought in a ton of Levi jeans and other designer brand in man and women’s , a pair of cow boy boots, a brand new Michael kors bag with tags, vans cargo pants and was told that NONE of my clothes are needed here….. it’s COOL lmao ..

You can bring clothes for trade-in or cash. I personally love the trade-in system better. Not only do you get more money for it, but you can also add pieces to your existing wardrobe. They have soooo many different styles to choose from, so they welcome a lot of different personalities. It is such a great place to shop, and the employees are super helpful if you are looking for a particular item. Come check them out, great prices and I highly recommend them. Thank you, and shout out to the ladies at the check-in counter. You are all amazing, and keep up the good work! 💪See you soon and take good care of each other. Customer service is dreadful. Instead of apologizing for the merchandiser leaving the store at 3pm everyday, they were rude and lazy. It saddens me to think the owner of this store pays for 3 employees and only gets work out of 1 of them, if she's lucky. I left insulted and frustrated with the lack of true definition of customer service... Not only did they lose a very valuable loyal customer but I will encourage my friends and family to donate their fashionable lightly wore clothes to a better cause these incompetent high school dropout should be working in a new feild and I'm positive that I'm not the only one with the same situation.
