Urban Integrity

I highly recommend Urban Integrity. My wife and I had a computer built for my son for Christmas. Chris did an amazing job and when our Ram didn’t match the mother board, he picked the correct one up at Best Buy so he could finish the computer before Christmas. He had everything installed and the computer fired up without complication. He also checked in to make sure we were happy and things went well. I am very impressed and will definitely use Urban Integrity again.

Awesome customer service, quality of work and I had to go back for him to fix the speaker and he fixed it no problem. I got my battery replaced. And my phone is 4 years old. But now my phone should last another 2+ years! Thank you so much!

Ran into a problem with my PC that I did not have the knowledge of how to fix. Probably would have lost fifteen years worth of files without their help. Would absolutely recommend for PC repairs.

10/10 recommend! Very satisfied with the turnaround time for the repair and cost. We brought in a tablet with a broken charger. Less than 24hours from drop off to pick up of repaired item. Extremely courteous. Will most definitely be using again for electronic repairs.

Fixed phone within a week, wouldn't charge. it would have been fixed same day but an inner part was busted, they ordered the part and had it fixed within the week, phone charges like new! Employee was respectful and even delightful! Good price and wonderful service!

I would 100% recommend quick and professional! I went in thinking I needed to replace a part turns out I just needed to clean out my charger port. Honest, affordable and friendly service.

Do not, I repeat do not do business with them. I gave them an item to repair two months ago. They said it would be two days and they'd get back to me. After messaging them week after week to get info or updates they just kept saying oh it needs this now or this now. Finally they said they were unable to fix the problem, and they would call me for pick up on a Tuesday. almost three weeks later and they're ducking my calls, and not answering any texts. Not a massive loss took me one small item to know not to do business with these people ever again.
