Love, love, LOVE Vail Creek Jewelers!!!! They are consistently kind, considerate and thoughtful! When I recently took in a pendant that had belonged to my grandmother (now mine) for repair, the offered an estimated cost. However, when the actual cost was going to exceed that, John immediately called to let me know and ask if I wanted to proceed. The cost of the repair was very fair, and I now have that lovely pendant back with me!

And I really enjoy the “wish list” service as well— and so does my husband! No more guessing what I might like for birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas! Lol. The staff of Vail Creek KNOWS, because when I go in and something sparkly catches my eye, they write it down!

Consistent quality service, reputable jewelers, and knowing that I have people that I can take my most treasured possessions for service without any worry or concerns are all worth their weight in, well, GOLD!! Thank you, Vail Creek!

I don't believe that anyone other than myself, would be able to find the repairs.
