I don’t know if this place is commission based? But, man they do not know personal space rules at all. I turned around and thought I was going to be frisked. I just wanted a new pair of shoes not to join a shoe cult. Management, teach your staff better sales tactics and freaking personal space.

I saw the Van's Half Cab 92s In a VANS email I received. I went into the store and and purchased them in both tan and blue. They rock. Is they are based on the popular 2020 Rowan model. They are just as comfortable it's like wearing slippers. They are also sturdy enough to handle any street skating you throw at them.

Called to ask if anyone else had complained of a quality issue recently, my son’s shoes fell apart way faster than usual and I thought I was going crazy. They told me to come in, so I did and the manager Josh helped us out and they gave customer service way beyond what I’d ever expect. The girl who answered the phone was awesome and so helpful and just had it together, she was also sweet in store. Both of them treated my son so well and I’m just really impressed! Shout out to the two of them, and the tall kid working when I walked in too. I didn’t ask her name but she had red hair and it was around 730pm on a Wednesday. Will definitely be buying more and more as a result, thanks guys!

Came in here to pick out some new kicks and have to say the employees here give the store a great vibe. Everyone was super friendly and patient and helpful. I tried on a few different shoes and they helped me understand the pros and cons. I'm a long-time off the wall shoe-guy so I was gonna purchase something, but I never felt pressured to buy anything. Great experience, highly recommend Vans and going to this store - will definitely be back.

I work near Temecula but I live closer to the outlets. I placed an order for in store pick up at this location because it didn’t give me the option to do so at the outlets. I work long hours n assumed I could just pass by n pick up before they close as it does say same day pick up 4 hrs went but no email. I called to see if they had my order so I could pick it up it was just one box common shoe size common shoe. The guy who answered the phone clearly wanted to help me he went to the back to look for my order came back to the phone n said let me ask my manager something n I said ok he comes back to the phone n says my manager said to just wait for that email saying it’s ready. Went home thinking I’m gonna have to come back again after church right before they close. 7 hours went by nope never got an email stating my order was ready. I was better off just running into the store n asking for them.
