The woman I was chatting with who worked there was very genuine. She shared with me how and why she liked her job exclamation point she did a very good job of representing the store. I wish I would have got her name to give her proper recognition. She was very helpful in a timely manner

Stopped in to have my sim card replaced,
Jamal,got me registered verry quickly, and within 10min,i was getting a new sim, from Nadine and having a verry informative discussion on dual sim phones, and otheroptions to ovr come my challenges thx Jamal/Nadine?

I've been a Verizon customer for over 2 years now, and during those years I would say it's been an overall great experience. Awesome customer service, very understanding, and probably some of the most understanding of companies when a little more time is needed to pay your bill. They have always been very helpful especially when no one else would give me a phone without deposit even though my credit score was over 700. For that I will always remain loyal to Verizon. One problem I did have was when I tried to get help with the affordable connectivity program. The in store associates were not very knowledgeable when it came to the program. I had to call Verizon customer service once again to get the help I needed is what I was told to do by the associates and even calling them again I was left without an answer to the question I originally went to Verizon in person to get an answer for. That's my only complaint but still I'm very happy with their overall customer service and phone service. I get excellent reception any and everywhere that anyone else has reception and even in places people that I'm with don't have any signal I get reception and am able to make a calls. I just wish they would finally upgrade to 5G like others offer in the area.

Gave me the wrong password and wrong or changed phone number to call them back. He said call Artic Tech Solutions/Roger. I couldn't connect my TV to Verizon thanks to lack of interest in new customer.

I had been with verozon for going on 9 or 10 years. At first the reception great, no issues. I had even talked a couple friends into switching from at&t to Verizon. It seems like ever since the 5g switch, reception kept getting worse and worse. I'd been paying for 5g for years but still only had 4g. After my friends had switched back to at&t, I decided to do the same thing as well. Not oly is the plans cheaper but I have 5g as well the reception is great. I drove from fairbanks to Glennallen and had reception the entire drive. Maybe if verizon would actually invest in their own towers the reception would be better. After I switched they offered 20 bucks off my bill for a year but still that wouldn't be enough to stay

I’m leaving one star for Verizon as a whole- and out of 9 representatives, only 1 of which was actually helpful. One star rating will hopefully get the attention of corporate. I’m just about fed up with their terrible customer service. If it wasn’t for my fantastic customer service today in-store, I would be getting rid of Verizon.

After speaking to 8 different representatives across the course of weeks, they all have given me one wrong recommendation after another. After the 6th or 7th person, they thought they understood and sent me a new mifi with no new battery… when I clearly stated to all whom I had already spoken to, including them, I just needed a battery, not a new device…. Then, the 8th person told me, “oh, just go to the Verizon store cause all of the box stores carry the batteries- we (the online Verizon “corporate”) can’t or don’t stock them,”…(which makes no sense to me).

Anyhow, after racing the clock to get the replacement mifi returned to Verizon because they would charge me if I didn’t return it in time, and needing a new battery at some point, I went to Verizon off Merhar in Fairbanks…… I cannot express my gratitude for the assistant managers customer service today- thank you Tanya! You were very kind, helpful, understanding and prompt in your service and you went well above and beyond to help take care of my problem and provide me with solutions (who would think it would take the 9th person to make the situation right). If it wasn’t for Tanya, I would’ve likely left Verizon. Whoever is reading this, you should give her a promotion, a pay raise, or more paid leave- or all of the above because it’s people like her that keep your customer base.
