These folks really know their stuff and their prices are unbeatable. I was flipping back and forth on which TV to buy and keep, and Anthony was super patient with me in the entire process and helped me just get out of the head and enjoy my TV. Not just Anthony but everyone I met here, Anthony, Areesh and Jesse they were all so great.

Another thing to note, they keep comparable TVs next to each other, so it really helps you understand the nuances between them.. They are also happy to switch between modes so you can truly see what it'll look like in your home.

When buying a TV Video Only is exceptional in many ways: in their product layout - it was easy to compare the picture quality of all TVs, their customer service was exactly what I was looking for - very knowledgeable manager, who was able to answer all of my questions, was friendly , and not pushy. In 2023 November, the store manager Reggie Reupena, was phenomenal! Not only was he able to secure a lower and more competitive price for my television but he was able to educate me on the difference with in-depth details on various models, sizes, and pricings. His associate were also trained well, especially when they initially helped me on narrowing and identifying the kind of TV I wanted, however Reggie took it to the next level. Till this day, I held onto his business card right on the back of my 77" TV, as a reminder of who made my purchase a promising one, and the guy to look for in the future if my friends or myself ever need to search for the right screen for the right price.

I recommend seeing Doug Pauley at Video Only for expert guidance in selection of a video entertainment system. Doug listens carefully and then gives recommendations for systems that will meet your needs. He is very knowledgeable regarding quality systems in various price ranges. He is responsive if any questions or problems come up. Doug helped me in the Mountain View store, but I am leaving this review for Union City since he has transferred there.

Simple store but with great service. My TVs display came broken after unboxing. Manager was responsive on the phone and delivered another brand new TV within couple of days. They also have usually the best combo deals with home theater systems.

Great service from Frank and knowledgeable. They had the Samsung Q80C TV in stock that I was looking for when Best Buy was out of inventory and for $100 less! Would highly recommend Video Only since they have amazing selection, stock and prices! Also, they have an awesome vintage 1985 Samsung CRT tv hooked up and working at the front counter to a DVD player and mini Namco arcade console, so nostalgic!
