Gio form costumer care is the worst at his job Gio is the service coach and is incapable of doing his job to lead a team his employee at self check out Lee was so unprofessional I had to experience waited in line for 15 min just for the associate to tell me that they weren’t taking cash never mentioned that the self checkout was only card. The lines were out the door employees were just on their phones talking. I asked to speak to a manager. Lee went and brought his coach Geo. I explained to situation he looked at me with no care and said I don’t know how to help you other then tell you to go to another line Mind you the lines have about 10 to 8 people waiting to be cashed out So I wasted 30 minutes of my life store associates don’t know how to do their job and have their manager With their unprofessionalism

This is the best wal-mart super center I think. for an example today when I was shopping not only did I get everything I needed for cheap but the clerks there named Adrian with a big help nice sweet friendly face always happy to help so thank you for all your help because of you my morning was great thanks Agen
