Ive used this place for years, called a few days ago to ask if a prescription was in for pick up since they normally notify me but they didn't so I called. Told me yes my prescription was in but went to pick it up and it magically disappeared and would love to know why and how.

I love shopping at Walmart but never use the pharmacy. Great prices, not cheap quality, The people here care more than most, , rare in Placerville California but I always love to shop here. If you don’t want to shop in a big crowd shop online.

Horrible pharmacy! They tell u your prescription will be ready at a certain time but it never is. The wait is always super long compared to other places. One of the main cashier lady’s is incredibly rude.

Normally when I call to refill a prescription it is simple & fast - today their system was different & completely useless. No human to even to to about the refill.

Usually have no problem, today however I was treated like I was a nuisance and was interrupted and still did not have my issue resolved. Enough of an issue to post a review. Don't work in customer service if you have none.

far better experience than the local CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid. If you run into crowed lines pick another time, nothing worse than catching a virus while in a pharmacy line. Great prices, not cheap quality, The people here care more than most, , rare in Placerville California
