I have been to this location many times over the years. Michael, the manager, is friendly, professional, skilled, and efficient. He takes care of my family's kid watches and our fancy watches. He makes everyone feel welcome and makes them feel appreciated as customers.

I went in with three watches that needed to be sized along with a few minor repairs.
The gentleman who runs Watchcare is a kind and soft-spoken pro who had all three watches done in an hour for an unbeatable price. There were folks waiting in the lobby so he seemed busy but still was able to manage that turn-around.
Watches look/fit better than ever. He was even able to repair a fussy clasp I had been told could not be fixed.
I never write reviews, but this was customer service at its most satisfying.
I will be back. So will my friends. Big thanks!

Michael - Manager at Watchcare Campbell Michael is an honest, trustworthy, kind, and very likable gentleman. He inspected a few complicated Citizen Watches for me. He fixed all issues and charged very reasonable prices, plus educated in by giving quick tips on how to get the best our from the watches, and how to best maintain them. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location for all watch and auto remote repairs.

10/10 highly recommended. Amazing rates and super fast service too. Even though it was a very busy day, he replaced my watch battery in an hour. Also the rates are under $20 for a simple replacement. Much cheaper than anywhere else

Stopped in today to get my watch band fixed right in front of me. It wound up being a simple fix that took a couple of seconds (free of charge). He could have easily walked in back, come out with the fix and charged me. Also reset my watch, pulled off the plastic covering I left on 🙄 and updated my settings. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
