My son needed his apple smartphone screen replaced. I located this repair business on Yelp. They are easy to work with, and make repairs for a very reasonable price. I'm certainly happy to have found them. Luckily, they carried the exact screen we needed, and completed the repair in a couple hours. Great service, nice people, reasonable prices. I'm certainly giving them more business, and recommend them highly. They are open every day, 9:30:00am to 7:00pm. I'm going back to have screen protectors applied to my phones and tablets. The owner was very friendly he gave me tea that I now too also buy from him! Ask about his saffron tea

They fixed my son’s iPhone both front and back. I talked to Abdul and he did the repair within four hours. He did a great job at a much better price since I had called around for costs that day. I recommend their services for fixing iPhones.

I took my tablet to this business named WeFix (we were instructed to take the tablet to a repair shop that insurance provider was contracted with, we assumed that this was the one but later found out that it was not). I informed the man at the desk (Malik) that my apple tablet charged intermittently and that if I shook my tablet or tapped the charging port it would start charging again. He said "oh yes that is a problem with the USB C charging ports. Apple should never have changed to that type. I see this all the time". I informed him I have an insurance plan with a 100 dollar deductible. He told me that they are not contracted with any insurance providers but can fix it for the same price as the deductible ($100). He said it would be ready in 2 days. When my husband returned to get the tablet, he was told it was a chip that needed to be replaced and not the charging port and that will be 150 dollars to fix and that he had broke the screen as well. This is classic bait and switch. So, we did not agree to the increase in price. We did not know why the tablet would not charge and both parties agreed to the $100 price. There was NO mention that it may be another issue and that it may cost more. If that were the case, all issues would have been repaired (or device replaced) with the insurance provider with just the $100 deductible. Since we did not agree to the $150 he would not fix the screen he broke. We left with an unrepaired device and a broken screen that was in perfect condition when we dropped it off. His name is Malik, he is unprofessional and did not honor the price he quoted. In addition, he broke our screen.

I would like to warning the customers about fixing your phones at this store (WiFii). It’s cheating on customers. I replaced a screen for a IPhone 13 Pro Max, and paid them for $230 cash. After a 2 weeks later, the screen is locked down. I can’t turn on or slide to move another page. I bring it back to them to fix because my phone is under their warranty of fixing, but they don’t get any responsibility. And ask me to pay more $160 in order to get the original screen. This is very and very bad service. So I would like costmers to read my message before you decide to fix your phone with them.

So happy to that they are in Temecula. I do alot of business in Temecula. Malik is always helpful. I bought my used iPhones from them. Laptop. Accessories. They fix my cellphones and help me with technical repairs. I've been doing business with them at all their locations for 10 years. I've brought them like 9 new customers. Trustworthy. Yes I recommend.

I was looking for a few places, and I came across this place to get my son and my cell phone fixed. One was water damage and one was crack screen. I was greeted very professionally and handled the fixture of both phones and a fast and timely manner and very accurate pricing and wonderful customer service.- I would definitely recommend this place to all family and friends . Everyone is super nice.

My phone ended up worse, and I ended up needing to replace it altogether when I took it there. They charged me for authentic parts even though they started with refurbished/3rd party parts first, and only moved on to authentic parts since the refurbished/3rd party ones don't work. Wasted lots of time going back and forth with little communication. **Owner replied to my review saying my phone had water damage. Clearly doesn't know what phone he's talking about, my phones screen was cracked and had 0 water damage...nice try. But no. And even claims victory by saying "well we have your money back"...uhh yeah. If hope so, you ruined my phone.
