I tired to cancel items after ordering and the lady said it wasnt able to be canceled because ‘special order’, simple pink shams and coverlet from Annie Seylke that you can find on numerous websites- nothing special. I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received coverlet. I’m unable to return the shams (wrong color pink for my daughters room) for even store credit. If anyone needs 3 pink shams and coverlet from AS just let me know- assuming coverlet arrives.

Super fun home decor and life style boutique in Vinings, GA. They sell a mix of high end and affordable decor and accessories, I saw everything from STAUB cookware to collectible seasonal pieces from Glitterville and Johanna Parker. SO FUN to see the Halloween decorations, can’t wait to see what they put up for Christmas. Tons of treasures. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming too! Can’t wait to come back

Long time shopper, first time reviewer. Love this store so much! It honestly just makes me happy to walk around and look at all the amazing goodies. Online shopping is super easy! Owner has such great taste. Sales associates are always helpful and kind. Great experience all around!

Terrible experience at this store. Horrible customer service. Ordered Christmas pillows. When I came in to pick them up, the color wasn’t what I thought it would be. Manager said could take them home and if they clashed with my decor I could come back and change for a different color. Came back the next day and was told by another manager “sorry all sales final”. They were rude and more concerned about their rules than honoring what the manager had told me I could do. Clearly they care more about their policies than about their customers. I will not shop here again.

As a follow up to the owners comments, it is absolutely not “simply untrue” that a manager told me I could take the pillow home to see if it matched my decor and switch it out with another if it did not. It has everything to do with the company honoring what a staff person told me which should trump anything written in the fine print. What would it hurt the store to switch a pillow for a different color? They have a whole bin of pillows. Clearly the objective is policy over customer satisfaction. You’ve lost a customer.. but clearly that doesn’t matter to you based on your comments.

It’s holiday season - aka game time for retail, I worked in a boutique for years - and I walked up 3 minutes before closing to buy one thing (I knew where it was and literally would’ve taken 30 seconds to check out) and the associate turns the “closed” sign and locked the door in my face. It was downright rude. Several friends have complained about the poor customer service as well and it’s disappointing because I like having local shops to buy cute gifts.
